The building houses the corporate headquarters, bakery and freezer. The bakery floor is a fully automated system.

Vrana constructed the original 65,000 SF facility in 1990. In 1995, Rotella's purchased the existing property and adjacent building. Vrana then was brought on board and gave preliminary design budgets. Once the final design was completed, Vrana constructed the new 65,0000 SF facility between the two existing buildings while keeping the current bakery in operation. The building was constructed of structural precast and steel.

Providing accurate project cost estimates prior to any design being completed was critical as all design was done in house. Project budgets had to be correct since funding was only issued if production requirements and predetermined budgets were met.
